Andrew is a freelance food journalist and photographer who has worked for Channel 4 and the BBC, as well as Waitrose Kitchen and Delicious magazines. Andrew has also written Food Britannia, a book that looks at the wonderful world of British food, along with several Haynes cooking manuals, such as the Meat Manual and Men's Baking Manual.
