Jonathan Michael Laws
Dr Jonathan Michael Laws is a multi-disciplinary, mixed-methods researcher with a background in Psychology (BSc [2017] and MRes [2018], Northumbria University) and Spaceflight Biomedicine (PhD [2018-2021], Northumbria University). His research concerns musculoskeletal and cardiovascular deconditioning during microgravity exposure, and behaviour in extreme environments. Dr Laws maintains a position at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, and a private practice providing private tutoring and research consultancy services, with notable clients including the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the European Space Agency (ESA).
