I am a researcher at the CSIRO's Space and Astronomy division. I work on ASKAP - the Australian SKA Pathfinder - telescope. I am interested in understanding the magneto-ionic properties of the interstellal medium. Such studies require precise understanding of the properties of the measuring instruments, and their calibration.
I work on developing techniques for these with the Calibration & Imaging group at CSIRO. I also design High Performance Computing Softwares and solutions for efficient processing of the big data coming from new generation telescopes.
