If you want to build the space viper jet, the striking golden visor doubles up as a cockpit for a minifugre to sit in, although one isn't included.

This set comes with 647 pieces, the astronaut looks cool and has a noticeable golden visor on the helmet, a stand to display the astronaut and posable limbs, making it an ideal set for younger builders. This deal comes at the perfect time if you're looking to treat yourself or a budding astronaut this July 4 and if you're hoping to get ahead of the annual sales event that is Amazon Prime Day.

Key Specs: 647 pieces, three possible builds, stands at 10.5 inches (27cm) tall, suitable for those aged nine and above, display stand for the astronaut and viper jet.

Consensus: Great fun for younger builders and those who don't want to get bogged down in tricky builds or time-consuming builds.

Buy if: You're looking for a budget-friendly Lego set to entertain a younger builder.

Don't buy if: You're looking for a larger, potentially trickier Lego set to build. Or if you want to wait for Amazon Prime Day deals.
